How Air
Curtain
Burning Works

Air curtain burning is an advanced combustion method that efficiently incinerates wood waste while drastically reducing emissions. A high-velocity air curtain is blown across the fire, trapping smoke particles and reburning them within the chamber. This results in near-complete combustion, leaving behind only minimal ash and biochar.

Our mobile units operate directly on-site, eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming transportation of debris. This process not only reduces environmental impact but also maximizes efficiency and cost savings for industries dealing with large-scale wood waste.

Eco-Friendly

Our air curtain burners significantly reduce smoke and particulate emissions compared to open burning.

Cost Savings

Lower operational costs by reducing hauling and tipping fees.

Rapid Waste Reduction

Process large volumes of biomass efficiently and on-site.

Regulatory Compliance

We help you meet strict environmental guidelines and reduce liability.

Improved Site Safety

Reducing waste buildup minimizes fire hazards and improves worksite safety.

Biochar Production

Converts wood waste into a valuable soil-enhancing byproduct that fosters agricultural and forestry health.

Biochar: A Sustainable Byproduct

When biomass is burned in an air curtain burner, it transforms into biochar, a super-rich carbon material. This porous substance enhances soil health by stimulating microbial activity, improving water retention, and promoting vegetation growth. Biochar is a valuable resource in agriculture, land reclamation, and environmental restoration.
